Café Rio Mexican Grill serves authentic Mexican dishes derived from Northern Mexico’s Rio Grande region, Southern Texas, and New Mexico. Every dish is fresh and made to order, which is the very core of Café Rio’s philosophy.
There are no freezers, no microwaves, and nothing is pre-made at this casual eatery. Bright and early every morning, limes are freshly squeezed, the avocados that are used in your guacamole and hand-scooped, and the sauces are simmered to perfection. The tortillas are rolled fresh by the minute and cooked on a traditional tortilla comal.
Café Rio has daily specials featuring a delicious and affordable award winning dish every day of the week. On Tuesdays, you can choose between a burrito or salad for $5.99, on Wednesdays you can get two tamales for $7.99, and on Saturdays you can get shrimp tacos for $7.99.
